Previously, as Head of U.S. Sales & Marketing for a New England based solar EPC (engineering, procurement and construction company), Nick was responsible for national commercial and industrial program expansion, which brought over $75 million in new revenue to the organization in just two years. He established a winning team of successful solar professionals and managed a portfolio of commercial projects totaling over 50 megawatts of solar installations and lease programs across New England. Nick successfully developed innovative solutions to help clients meet operational and financial targets that supported their profitability and sustainability initiatives.
Along the way, Nick has formed many positive collaborations with business owners, finance partners, and operational cohorts, to bring a reliable network of renewable energy partners to each unique solar solution. Sylvestre has distinguished himself as an influential strategic adviser in renewable energy, an effective procurement negotiator, and a savvy operational manager of complex, multi-component solar array installations. He has fostered an expert team in assessing technical designs, in risk management and in cost avoidance analysis for client stakeholders. Nick remains vigilant in monitoring the latest regulatory events, emerging market trends and the newest energy storage offerings for both taxable and non-taxable entities alike.
